07/31/2023 New Top Menu and Navigation Bars

Autodeals presents a new TOP Menu with updated green-Category, blue-Action, and orange-Forms navigation menus. The update should make it easier to use Autodeals by making the menu links easier to find and click. Users must clear their Browser Cache.

07/10/2023 Multi-Factor Authentication Available

Autodeals has added multi-factor authentication for Dealers requiring the extra level of security. This feature is available in version 2.0 of our software as a service solution.

Improved security added to text and email attachments under Messages and CHAT. Update meets service provider security upgrades due in July 2023.

05/29/2023 Lender Portal Upgraded

Upgraded the Lender Portal to support all the unique registration fees, contract fees, and aftermarket products currently supported by the Autodeals dealer management system.

05/18/2023 Contact List BAD/SPAM Icon

For CRM customers with Messaging, a new icon called Bad/Spam has been added to the Contact/Leads listing. If you see SPAM Email just select the ICON and it will add the item to a SPAM list for filtering. Delete any extra duplicates of the SPAM. Additional malicious email blocking software has been put in place to reduce erroneous leads from third party market sources.
